This is definitely a limiting factor for the types of workflow I can use MS Planner for within a Military organization. I certainly want to communicate guidance and task progress with everyone. However I can't let everyone adjust plan and task priorities and due dates.
We need a hierarchy (admin permissions) for who can create/edit plans/buckets within MS Planner. If anyone can adjust my plans, to include deleting them, I can't use this app to manage my workflow. Please resolve soonest.
As a program manager I must have the ability assign team member privileges according to their roles in the project/plan. I had planned to pitch MS Planner as a workflow solution for my organization. But how can I endorse a system where any assigned team member can inadvertently delete a task for my entire organization with no backup?
This application is not usable in its current format. Is anyone from Microsoft working this issue?
