Most of the time, people work on multiple projects at the same time. This feature is a must to easily manage workload across projects for any individual person.

Hi everyone!
Thank you so much for your feedback and sharing how you use labels. We’ve been working on improving our labels experience, and will continue to do so. With that, we are working on increasing the number of labels that you can use in Planner!

1) How do you use labels to organize your work? project module, area, state, etc.
2) How many labels do you need? unlimited
3) Would you like an ability to customize colors? If so, how would you use it? nice but not too important
4) How would you like labels to appear on task cards? The possibility to show/hide label names would be ideal
5) Is there anything else would you like to add in regards to labels? I would really appreciate an option for colorblind people (pattern background for example)
I can't beleive this limit even exists. It has no sense at all.
First, it's very easy to have a check list longer than 20 items.
Second, what's the point on limiting a one to many relationship??
