    I think I got the reason.
    Planner is not using the Teams "channel" or "Teams" groups. When I copy a plan to make a "new plan", it creates a new Outlook group with the name of the "new plan", making this new "new plan" invisible in Teams. So Planner should be a part of Outlook, and obviously Teams is not a part of Outlook.

    Same thing with Sharepoint and Onedrive, they aren't the same system. Some files shared in Teams will be in Sharepoint, while the others are in onedrive

    OMG things are getting more complicated...

    So I guess there won't be any solution until MS migrate everything to onedrive, if this is in their roadmap.

    I hate to waste a morning typing up 100 cards in the planner, to confirm the plan cannot be made a template to my work!

    The designer should use Planner to do their planning, then they know what is exactly missing or broken. It's a headache using this app when you have been using its competitors. but still, I have to live with it
