Hi everyone,
Thank you for your patience. We have updated our Copy Plan experience – please try it out today!
This improvement will include the ability to choose an existing group or team to copy the plan into (or choose to create a new group). You’ll also be able to customize what gets copied over. Attachments can only be copied over into existing groups.

I'm not sure if this covers what I need. I want to have a template plan, say it is called "customer onboarding" and it is located in a Team called "Templates." When I get a new customer, say named "Smith Company," I want to create a team called "Smith Company" and I want to copy the template plan called "customer onboarding" from the Team called "Templates" to the team called "Smith Company." I then want to change and customize the plan in Smith Company team while leaving the template plan intact in the team call "Templates."
