    We would like to learn more about how you utilize labels, specifically:

    1) How do you use labels to organize your work?
    2) How many labels do you need?
    3) Would you like an ability to customize colors? If so, how would you use it?
    4) How would you like labels to appear on task cards?
    5) Is there anything else would you like to add in regards to labels?

    1) How do you use labels to organize your work?
    In different ways. On organziational level we use labels for our OKR system, so we can tag every affected department - which are way more than 6

    2) How many labels do you need?
    Around 20 inactive and around 3 to 6 actively shown

    3) Would you like an ability to customize colors? If so, how would you use it?
    Would a nice to have thing - for example to create a color for every department

    4) How would you like labels to appear on task cards?
    Like it´s done with the new update (awesome :))

    5) Is there anything else would you like to add in regards to labels?
    To sort the labels alphabetically and to have the chance to reorder them

    Would be awesome to get this functionality. We want to work with teams companywide and need often the opportunity to create more than 6 labels - for example for our OKR cycle, in which we want to tag all the affected departments (there are way more than 6).

    That would be awesome! As a team leader, currently I can't take a look at all of the tasks of my team members.

    So it's not possible to get a quick overview for planning resources. So it's not possible to lead the team efficiently with teams. Especially with bigger teams it's s huge minus.

    Our company uses asana and really loves the functionality of subtasks, which can be handled like the top level tasks. So this is a big argument against teams and pro asana

    @Planner Team: Your last update was from 2018. Are there any news?

    We as a company of 350 people really need this feature to work with teams efficiently.

    In asana we have this feature and it's such a basic one to use.

    Thank you so much for your patience! The wait is almost over. We are currently working on improvements to the copy plan experience to allow users to create their own templates to meet their organizations scenarios.
