    We are looking at rolling out Planner, but this is a real issue. Unfortunately, while having everything connected is nice, it is a big deterrent in my company using these applications to their full potential. Instead, we will limit plans to only a few pre-existing groups (same ones we use for Teams) and will not allow individuals to create plans unless they are team-wide...
