We do one plan per project - be that one of the many events we plan or an Ad Hoc list of tasks - so there are many plans...at all times. It would be SO useful to be able to compartmentalise them all to make it easier to find what we need - I could have Events Plans, Advertising Plans, Reporting Plans, whatever I want to reduce what I see initially. I can't even order my plans by date in the Hub because the plans themselves do not have a target/completion date, which I find odd. Every plan ends at some point, otherwise, what are you planning for, and when it does it should then be archivable to remove it from view and refer to later if needs be. It surprises me that this does not happen. Ty

Thank you for your feedback! We’ve improved the ‘Copy task’ dialogue so you can chose a different plan to send a copy of a task to! We’ll be exploring and expanding the ways in which you and your team can organize work in Planner, and hope this will be a helpful step forward.

Agree! Because of how wework, categorization is key and at the highest level as well (even BEFORE the plans. I have 25 plans at any time so to code them or group them above the Plan level (per area of the business, per type of plan., whatever the case) is critical. We sell a service so we don't use "buckets" like a product launcher might, and we have standard tasks for most Plans, so colour coding or the ability to group my plans would be life-changing for me.
