This is critical as in most cases there are additional instructions/information that needs to be provided which is not part of the "Description" section. This leads to an additional manual step where this information is required to be shared separately.

To add to that, the view within the "Schedule" option loses the lines around when the task is supposed to end. It is so hard to figure that out now with no lines around the task. Please restore that back. It does nothing for the calendar view other than to muddy things and render it useless view.

Beyond the iCalendar feed, we will continue to explore our options for adding tasks to Outlook Calendar automatically. We would love to hear more of your thoughts on the following:
-What information from tasks would you like to carry over to Outlook Calendar?
-How many different plans would you like to view on your Outlook Calendar?
-Any specific scenarios or examples of how this would fit into your workflowCheers,

Any Project Manager or a person who manages task will tell you that without an ability to control and restrict access, a tool would be useless. You would not want users other than the Project Owner to have the ability to make any edits. Further, any member of the plan can make changes to any task which is not even assigned to them. That is a such a HUGE break in control environment that it renders Planner unsuitable for meaningful tasks... This functionality should be prioritized on an urgent basis.
