   If i sort my plan by progress (instead of by Bucket) you can see a pretty nice Kanban view, imo.

   Up for this one! Not only on the Bucket Graph though, it would be useful to see the completed tasks on the "Members" graphs as well.

   It's nice to commend people when they're delivering.

   Up for this one! It only shows de completed tasks at the "Status" Graph. It would be useful to see the completed tasks on the "Bucket" and "Members" graphs also.

   It's nice to commend people when they're delivering.
