We have completed the checklist feature as a solution for this.

I agree with others here, if we don't can't create assignable hierarchies of tasks I won't be able to move my team off freedcamp.
Need real assignable subtasks and a higher character limit in the checklists. Ideally could create a hierarchy of assignable substasks.
