    Hello!

We’ve just released our integration with To-Do as a first step towards a larger task coherence initiative.

Today, you can view and edit Planner tasks you’ve been assigned in To-Do’s new Assigned to me list. This is available on to-do.office.com and To-Do’s Windows, Android, and iOS apps.

Here are more details on this integration: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Planner-Blog/Planner-and-To-Do-integration-bringing-you-a-more-cohesive-task/ba-p/553485

Our work in this area is not done, and we’re relying on you to help us decide what’s next, please keep the suggestions coming!

    Cheers,
    The Planner Team

Please add a connection between MS Planner and MS To Do; having this streamlines the apps and saves the end user time!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback!

We would like to learn more about how you utilize labels, specifically:

    1) How do you use labels to organize your work?
    2) How many labels do you need?
    3) Would you like an ability to customize colors? If so, how would you use it?
    4) How would you like labels to appear on task cards?
    5) Is there anything else would you like to add in regards to labels?

    Cheers,
    The Planner Team

It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to add new labels and colors on Planner. We have implemented Lean within our company and Planner is used as a Kanban board and although red, yellow, and green labels exist we need additional labels and color choices when we move into actually planning the project. The ability to add six additional labels with multiple color options similar to Task categories in MS Outlook would make Planner that much better of a tool.
