    Thanks for your feedback!

We’ve improved upon the Filter menu within a plan to give provide options for viewing certain tasks within a board.

We are planning to expand upon both the Filter menu options while exploring how to build search functionality that can fulfill the needs mentioned on this thread. Please comment if there’s anything in particular you’d like for our team to consider!

    Cheers,

    The Planner Team

Search functionality is vital. Should be like it is in Teams and Asana.

We’d love to hear more about the following:
    1. When would you delete or archive a plan?
    2. How long would you like it to be accessible?

Feel free to include any specific scenarios where archiving a plan would be useful.

We appreciate your feedback and look forward to reading through your comments!

    Cheers,
    The Planner Team

We have been using Asana for a couple of years now and we archive all plans that have been completed. This way we can refer to them whenever we need to i.e. check conversations for specific topics, find files used etc. We tend to keep them for about a year. At the end of the year we clean up and download/save offline old projects/plans.

Thank you for your votes and feedback!

We’re looking to understand more about this ask, specifically:
How many custom fields would you use?
What kind of fields would they consist of?
Which (or how many) Plans would you add the same custom fields to?
And any other information about how custom fields would work within your current Planner workflow!

Thank you for sharing your feedback!

We would like to learn more about how you utilize labels, specifically:

    1) How do you use labels to organize your work?
    2) How many labels do you need?
    3) Would you like an ability to customize colors? If so, how would you use it?
    4) How would you like labels to appear on task cards?
    5) Is there anything else would you like to add in regards to labels?

    Cheers,
    The Planner Team

Having a limit of just six labels is silly. Take a look at Asana and Trello.
