    That would make task management between organizations with different tenants much easier.

    We would also appreciate such a solution. Similarly to the project lead a team lead, department lead etc. would like to get all tasks of his organization unit.

    I.e.: If as a team you work for different projects and manage tasks per project then you would like to manage your team tasks together. Thus, it would be nice to get an overview filtered by some critera.

    This can be:
    - all channels of a MS Team
    - all tasks assigned to Members of an AD OU
    - maybe there's some other solution

    Workaround for now coud be a PowerApp

    Thank you for your patience. We have updated our Copy Plan experience – please try it out today!

    This improvement will include the ability to choose an existing group or team to copy the plan into (or choose to create a new group). You’ll also be able to customize what gets copied over. Attachments can only be copied over into existing groups.

    When implementing a tool we would like to define standard phases (such as define, implement, roll out, test etc.) as a checklist in every task that is created in some plan. This makes us able to use bucktes as epics and tasks as user stories.
    Another solution for this requirement would be the ability to customize the standard status choices.

    You can now choose up to 25 colored labels per task in Planner and Planner tasks in Tasks in Teams. More labels allows for greater flexibility when organizing tasks. Use labels to flag risks, signal delays, help fine tune task prioritization, clarify accountabilities, or categorize tasks around a theme spanning multiple buckets. Anything you can think of that requires color-coding and tagging tasks, labels can help.

    More labels has been a top customer ask and we’re happy to make it available now to all organizations. Try it out in the mobile and web/desktop versions of Planner and Tasks in Teams.
