We use 1 Planner board per project and we want to import Planner task data into Power BI so Managers can view their subordinates' task across multiple projects in their manager dashboards with the rest of their data.

We also want to use it to monitor the limits of planner (250 assigned tasks per user, 1,500 created tasks per user). We create templates per project through the API, that user will easily hit the 1,500 limit and 250 assigned tasks per user may happen within a year. We want to catch those before the hit the limit and unassign completed tasks from users or make a new user for auto-creating tasks.
