YES! I set Due Dates on some of my apps... and found that I missed dates because I got no notification about it.

This is a massive downfall of the product. Web is great for some users... but others don't like it in a browser as it gets lost among my other 50 tabs.
I think for Planner to take off it needs a mega app. I want an app that brings it all together. I want an app that allows me to access Planner, OneNote, Email, Calendar in one great big app.

We’d love to hear your thoughts on these two new features! Feel free to comment below, send us a smile through the O365 menu (select the question mark icon, click ‘feedback’, then include the word “Planner”), or tweet using #MicrosoftPlanner.
Cheers,

I don't think this should even be a question. I currently use Planner for myself, yet I find that it is a great product but I do struggle to see how it actually integrates with O365.
The product could be called planner.com and I wouldn't even think it was related to O365. To succeed it needs integration to the rest of O365.

As an update, we’d like to pursue improvements to the checklist functionality in Planner, but don’t have any near-term plans.

Hello! We wanted to provide an update to our status below. As we announced in our previous status update, our initial integration with To Do was our first step in a journey of bringing all your Microsoft Task Management services closer together, including Outlook and Planner. Through To Do, you can see your Planner tasks within Outlook on the Web.
However, the continuing feedback on this post makes it clear that there is a desire for more work to be done to improve this experience. We want to make sure this feedback and votes aren’t getting lost by being added to this existing post.
Instead, we’d like to make sure you have a forum to express these continuing pain points / desires, and a way to vote for which ones you’d like us to work on first (and how we should prioritize those asks against the many other great asks…
