Either a planner 'dashboard' where I can see my tasks for all different plans, or a delve planner that combines my tasks, or a 'my plan' which integrates my tasks across all plans would be great!

This limit has been removed – users can now have thousands of tasks assigned to them.
We’re continuing work around performance and actively monitoring how many users hit this limit. So far, we only have seen users with unchecked Flows/automated task assignments hitting this limit.
We are planning on publishing formal documentation around all of our Planner limits once we’ve completed more performance work, but don’t have anything to share at this time.
Cheers,

As an update, since we’ve still been seeing issues around date formatting, so we’re pursuing another fix that should help: If you’re using Planner within Teams, we will default to using the same language/local as Teams.
If you’re seeing this issue persist outside of Teams and your language/locale is set properly for your Office account, please let us know in the comments below!
Thanks,

We’re in the process of finalizing designs for a Planner add-in for Outlook. From the add-in, users will be able to create tasks for Planner without having to leave their inbox. The email subject and body will autofill as the task title and description, respectively, and users will have the ability to set plan, bucket and assignees . We appreciate your feedback and patience and look forward to this first step in what we hope to be a greater integration with Outlook!

Also see https://planner.uservoice.com/forums/330525-microsoft-planner-feedback-forum/suggestions/34806313-would-like-the-ability-to-add-a-person-to-just-one you should be able to share just a task with a single person, not a whole plan. But I voted for this too as I can see the use case... I'll move back to Trello or something if Planner doesn't get some resource soon - sadly, as I expected this functionality...

This is HUGELY needed, should be able to choose. I shared what I thought was a task only with several people only to find out that they could see my entire plan! Not sure everyone realises this is happening. I think its key to me using planner at all going forward (and I was such an advocate of it before)...

I want to add a user to a specific task but not have them see the whole plan - is this possible?
