We’d love to hear more about the following:
    1. When would you delete or archive a plan?
    2. How long would you like it to be accessible?

Feel free to include any specific scenarios where archiving a plan would be useful.

We appreciate your feedback and look forward to reading through your comments!

    Cheers,
    The Planner Team

As we can 'archive' notebooks in OneNote, I cannot see why this is not possible in Planner. It is an obvious necessity, and totally impractical without this option.

Totally agree. I am being 'put off' using planner for some of my prospective jobs - for instance when quoting for a job which I might get, I want to set up a plan with all the information so I can go ahead efficiently - However, as we cannot archive anything, my list of jobs has become ENORMOUS, and difficult to see the wood for the trees.

Also, my list of completed tasks is SO LONG, and once the job is completed, this is all totally irrelevant.

Yup! Me too. My list of plans is so long, and most of them are no longer current. Please could you work out a way to 'archive' these plans, or something.
    Thank you :-)
