This has and will continue to hinder adoption by many. Though individuals can adjust, in part, through workarounds described previously, such as turning off all group emails, they would each have to do that for every group they are part of. For people like me in a large, matrixed organization, that is a big waste of time. I suspect it also has the unintended consequence of *not* receiving real emails to the Group, those that were intended to be emails and not simply system-generated emails from a single Task comment.
