Hi everyone!
Thank you so much for your feedback and sharing how you use labels. We’ve been working on improving our labels experience, and will continue to do so. With that, we are working on increasing the number of labels that you can use in Planner!

Beyond the iCalendar feed, we will continue to explore our options for adding tasks to Outlook Calendar automatically. We would love to hear more of your thoughts on the following:
-What information from tasks would you like to carry over to Outlook Calendar?
-How many different plans would you like to view on your Outlook Calendar?
-Any specific scenarios or examples of how this would fit into your workflowCheers,

Thanks for all the feedback!
In the latest update of our Android app, we’ve added the ability to access all your plans from Teams within the Planner app. On the Planner hub, you’ll see plans from Teams included within the Recent plans and All plans sections, as well as their associated team and channel information. You can favorite a plan for easy access and then work on it in Planner.
Cheers,

We’re in the process of finalizing designs for a Planner add-in for Outlook. From the add-in, users will be able to create tasks for Planner without having to leave their inbox. The email subject and body will autofill as the task title and description, respectively, and users will have the ability to set plan, bucket and assignees . We appreciate your feedback and patience and look forward to this first step in what we hope to be a greater integration with Outlook!

We have completed the checklist feature as a solution for this.
Here is a related thread if you’d like to support or follow the suggestion for assigning checklist items: https://planner.uservoice.com/forums/330525-microsoft-planner-feedback-forum/suggestions/14924745-assign-checklist-item-to-specific-individuals

Hello all,
As an update, we’ve paused work on this item to pursue wrapping up work on a few other high priority asks.
We appreciate your patience and feedback on this, and hope to resume work on this soon. Please keep voting and letting us know that you’d like to see in a Planner UWP app!
Cheers,
The Planner Team

Hello! Since this is one of our top asks from users (and has been for quite a while), we wanted to provide a quick update here. As mentioned in our last update, our team has been heads down shipping some recent integrations, such as the Tasks app in teams and Tasks in Docs (both of which have initial versions rolling out now!).
Recurring tasks (and the other top UserVoice asks) are still high on our backlog. I’ll provide updates here as this feature gets closer to being shipped! We also may use this forum to reach out to you, our engaged users, with design questions we have—so stay tuned if you’d like to help us bring you the best version of recurring tasks!
In the meantime, it’s great to see so much active engagement here. We continue to iterate on our initial designs as we get more feedback from users,…

Thanks for the feedback on the Filter menu and cross-plan search functionality!
Next we’d like to pursue widening the Filter metadata to include other fields like assignee, description, and checklists. We’re also working with a search team in Office to align with UX and functionality across Office 365.
This work hasn’t been scheduled yet, but we will update this thread as soon as it is.
Please continue to share details on the filter and search functionality you’d like to see in Planner!
Thanks,

!! You can now create a new plan within an existing group!!
Once you open the “New Plan” dialog just select the link to add to an existing group. Your new plan will then be added to that group, leveraging the existing group infrastructure.

Hello! We wanted to provide an update to our status below. As we announced in our previous status update, our initial integration with To Do was our first step in a journey of bringing all your Microsoft Task Management services closer together, including Outlook and Planner. Through To Do, you can see your Planner tasks within Outlook on the Web.
However, the continuing feedback on this post makes it clear that there is a desire for more work to be done to improve this experience. We want to make sure this feedback and votes aren’t getting lost by being added to this existing post.
Instead, we’d like to make sure you have a forum to express these continuing pain points / desires, and a way to vote for which ones you’d like us to work on first (and how we should prioritize those asks against the many other great asks…

I agree this is a must for those using Teams and Planner. However, there will be those that don't use Teams and use Groups with Planner. So maybe there needs to be an option (switch/toggle) per plan that lets you set if you want conversations to end up in Teams or Groups.

This one has become critical since the release of Microsoft Teams - with how the Teams/Planner integration currently looks (with the ability to create a plan per channel) it just makes plain sense to be able to have multiple plans per Group/Team. Although it's possible to do at the moment from within Teams, the fact you can't see all plans associated with a given Group/Team from within Planner is painful, clunky and confusing for end users. While these kind of pain points exist there will continue to be a lot of Trello and Slack users not convinced by the insane potential of the Office 365 productivity options.
