    I absolutely agree with the person who has raised this issue. We need to have a filter system where we ( as organization level team leader) can check work load and task completion report for each individual person who has been assigned task. This will enable us to understand work load plus rating of task completion patterns. Similar to the chart report for a particular task, I would like to see chart report for an individual person as well.
