    I hate to delete a plan because we work in cycles, so that plan may be useful a year or two down the road and it would great to just copy the plan for the new cycle. I would like to say at minimum a year, but up to 3 years. The archive feature would be useful as I go into my evaluation each year, I would like to pull up some of the plans as evidence of what I did, how I did it, and how I contribute to my organization as a whole. Additionally, I can look at archived files and swot analysis that went into making each decision for the plan.
