There needs to be some way to restore from accidental data loss, even if it's only 1 or 2 restore points. I can guarantee if I implement this in my company, there will be multiple instances of deleted tasks and buckets that need to be recovered.

The Office Groups app is already quite nice but the planner view is not included yet.

I would like to see a dashboard showing tasks in chronological order that populates as I add tasks. I would like to see this in a calendar/timeline view.

I would also like to be able to sort tasks within a bucket by chronological or reverse chronological order.

It would be extremely helpful if you could create a task in one plan and have it duplicated in a separate plan(s), and only needing to update the task in one place.

Example. I create a task in Plan A. I duplicate the task in Plan B. When I make any changes or updates to the task, it updates in Plan A and Plan B.

Dark Mode for Planner web view. Currently other Office365 apps support it (OWA Outlook, Teams etc). But Planner is only available as plain white. I would like to see either different themes that also change the background to darker colors or just full Dark Mode like other Office365 web apps have.

Being able to copy tasks is great, but PLEASE allow us to 1) duplicate / copy bucket lists and 2) Duplicate / copy entire plans (i.e., create a template. PLEASE!!!!!!!

Users have the ability to delete tasks without notification to the group. When a user deletes a task, it should be included in the notification (where the plan is enabled to send notifications).

Support @<name> notifications in the Comments field for Tasks.

Our developers drive all of their work in JIRA, whilst project managers manage using a combination of tools like MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint. Life would be much better if Planner could replace the quasi-manual integration using the Project/Excel/PowerPoint toolkit by linking Planner & JIRA and have the ability to pull in information from JIRA automatically.

It'd be really nice to be able to add and manage multiple boards for a given plan. I'm thinking different boards for different work streams, backlog boards, building out boards for different sprints, etc.

I think this fits better into the 1-to-1 Group-to-Plan setup that you've already built than the multiple plans per group request, though that would be a work around for this kind of thing if you can move tasks between plans.

If guest user adds task to my plan and I ask additional questions in comments - the guest user will need to reply somehow. I can't understand why guest comments are blocked.

The Planner's interface it's great, very useful and intuitive. If is possible to create a some integration with Azure DevOps to use Planner like a input tool I really sure that Planner usage get focus of development teams very fast. The Azure DevOps is a great tool for life-cycle development but his interface is so complex and the Planner can be the bridge between the Azure ecosystem and teams with different kind of skills for a simple use to planning projects and tasks.

The short-cuts on the left side of the user interface is useful for jumping between different plans. However, it only shows two letters for each group e.g. CB for consumer b2b.
It would be great if a plan/group could have an icon instead to make it recognizable.

Allow Group Admin to set permissions for members of the plan -
E.g. Who can add/delete/assign tasks.

iPad specific app to make use of the greater screen size.

I want to be able to create Plans that correspond to existing SharePoint Team sites.

Therefore I do not want to create another similar named Group at the same time, this is just confusing for users, (and also I don't want them saving documents in this new Group instead of the Team Site.)

Enable the users to add Custom Fields. Please refer to Trello's "Custom Fields" add on.

Also, the Custom Fields should be exportable in the excel report which is planned to be developed in the feedback list.
