  1. Have a database of tasks and subtasks

Having a set of task predefined (sort of Database of task in a specific status) by the Admin and ready to be assigned to Groups or specific users will help to deliver a project in a fast way.

  2. Overlay schedules from diffrent plans

In schedule view you should be able to open different plans and have the same functionality as outlook overlay calendars i.e. enabling overlay of schedules, from different plans. Colours of the tasks should match the plan’s icon colour and you should still retain filter controls at the same level as when you open current schedules.

  5. Need Recurring Tasks in Planner

This is necessary for the majority of the repeatable tasks my team needs to complete. Will also need flexibility to set when the tasks need to be repeated.

  6. Add comments to a task in Teams

The integration between Teams and Planner for tasks seems to work well (for me), except with regard to Comments. Once I created a plan using Planner and linked that existing plan to a team in Teams, I observed that I could add new tasks, adjust task assignments, adjust task due dates, change labels for a task, change the value for labels for a task, add/change the description for a task, add checklist items, check off checklist items. All was looking super, until I discovered I couldn't add comments to a task from within Teams. This would be very useful functionality.

  8. Export Button

It would be useful to have an export button where you could export data (due date, completed on, progress status) to excel.

  13. We need ONE unified Tasks list across all of O365 not 4 or 5. (Integrate Planner, Outlook Tasks, MS Project Tasks & Sharepoint Tasks)

I don't know why Planner, Outlook tasks and SharePoint tasks are all separate apps. It creates confusion. It seems that Microsoft knows this and released a Flow integration that allows you send your Planner tasks to Outlook tasks, but that is too much work to implement. I got many errors as the integration is not 1 to 1 where fields is concerned. New users would not know about the integration as well. As an Out of box solution Planner is basically useless for our organization now because our tasks are per project. I'd suggest getting rid of Outlook and SharePoint…

  14. Planner notifications

With the notifications, could you not link it to Teams and have the notifications go to teams rather than emails, we definitely need to know there is a new task.

  15. Integrate Planner with Planner in Office 365 Teams

How about integrating plans created as tabs in Office 365 Teams environment with Office 365 Planner? Our team created a number of buckets and tasks and assignees in Office 365 teams environment but when one of us selects Planner in Office 365.... THAT TEAM PLAN DOES NOT APPEAR IN PLANNER

  16. On-Prem Exchange means I can't use Planner conversations or calendar

Better support for hybrid environments please, use SharePoint calendar rather than an Exchange Online mailbox account? SharePoint calendar can then by Synced with Outlook desktop client? support for changing the domain of the plan email address to another domain.

  18. Be able to attach emails to a plan task.

I want to be able to attach an email to a plan task - often I get emails that need to be turned into tasks, and the content of the email is important to the task. Can I add an email from outlook or 365 as an attachment - that stays with the plan task (so I can file or delete the email separately)

  19. Please integrate drag and drop from Outlook attachments to the Task in Planner.

Currently I need to save an attachment to SharePoint or my OneDrive before uploading it to a task.
Drag and Drop would make life much easier.

  20. Integrate Planner with Sharepoint Teamsites. Planner shows an users overview of all Tasks from all Sharepoint sites.

We have a lot of project running, often in different Sharepoint Sites, but also in several Tasks list, where we need a tool to give a good overview of all Tasks. It both can help the single user, where to focus. But it also can give a good overview of the status on a project. May be you'll suggest Project for running project, but it do not have the features a TeamSite has.
