Add the possiblity to link a new Plan to an existing group
It would be interesting to have to possibility to link a new Planner to an existing O365 Group instead of everytime, creating a new Group.

Integrate with Teams
It would be great if you could integrate this with team. its better from internal projects than Yammer. this would be a team members on a plan would have a corresponding teams channel and both would share the same sharepoint group/folder

Sync a plan to a SharePoint 365 task list.
I would love to be able to sync a plan to a task list in SharePoint 365. When a task is created on the SharePoint task list, it should be synchronized with the Planner plan.

Integrate OneNote Notebook-Links into Planner
Is there a way to integrate Hyperlinks to OneNote Notebooks?
Thinking about organising different Projects in Planner and copy a Hyperlink into the Project-Details which referes to a OneNote Notebook where further Details are listed.

Attach file from Forms to Planner via Microsoft Flow
In my team, one creates a task using Microsoft Forms.
This integration is done via Microsoft Flow.
I would like to be able to ask requestor to upload file via Microsoft Forms (this is now possible in Forms) and this to be transferred as an attachment to the task that has just been created in Planner.

Read only rights to users
Don't allow users to edit the task and date of task until the admin can allow the user to edit. User can only have rights to view their tasks and due date and comment over their status but not to edit their task by their self , only admin have to rights to change the due date and re edit the task.

Planner needs to become a Sharepoint App
It's confusing to have a Planner team and a Sharepoint team. Planner should become a Sharepoint app within the Sharepoint team's page.

Integration Planner-Hub with new MS-Teams

Please provide a way to hide Office 365 Groups when creating a plan
Please provide a way to hide Office 365 Groups when creating a plan! Every time anyone creates a Plan, it creates an "Office 365 Group" which then appears in the all Address books. We need a GUI-based way to quickly, simply hide these. You could make a check box called Secret Groups that is essentially a private group that aren’t visible in the directory by non-members.
For an Example (random at that); We don’t need a group called “Company Downsizing” in our Address books and having IT remove it which could take +30 minutes to hide this group. Right now,…

Planner tasks in Outlook / To Do need better functionality
Planner tasks that show in To Do need more functionality, including sorting / filtering, adding to different lists, etc.

Bi-Directional Integration with Visual Studio Team Foundation Server tasks.
Specify in any of the plans the link to Team Foundation Server for tracking.
The item in TFS can show the link to the Planner and anyone can click that link to see the Planner.

Simple integration to other O365 objects
There are a number of suggestions here that talk about particular elements of O365. I would make it both simpler and more general - I would expect to be able to link directly to an object anywhere else in O365. That may be an email, a calendar event, a document in SharePoint or OneDrive, a note or notebook from OneNote, etc.
The Planner tool is powerful, but at the moment it is essentially stand alone. Even typing links in doesn't really work - they render as plain text and are not active as links. The power of it will come…

Provide the ability to report on Planner in Power BI
It would be great to provide an overview of different projects within different Planner groups by using Power BI. Reporting in Planner is currently very limited.

Version Control Integration
Most other PM, task and issue tracking systems provide integration to version control systems. My specific use-case is Git (GitHub and BitBucket)
Some systems like Trello work by attaching a PR or commit to a specific card/task, and pulling information onto the card (http://blog.trello.com/github-and-trello-integrate-your-commits). Trello also updates the PR with a comment linking to the card/task.
Other systems like JIRA work by polling commit messages on the repository. When an issue key or identifier (like MYPROJ-634) is detected in a commit message, an association is created between the card/task and the commit or PR.
I was surprised this…
