  1. Sort Plans in Planner hub

    Groups are automatically sorted when browsing Groups. Add drag/drop or alphabetical sort to Planner Hub, or at least default sort them alphabetically.

  3. Add Planner Hub icon to the Outlook Group menu

    Most of the Office Planner features are available via the Group tab in Outlook with one major exception - an option to access the Planner Hub. To view this you have to use the O365 Planner app or go to tasks.office.com. Having it available directly from within Outlook would be a great enhancement!

  4. Grouping Plans

    As the Manager of a department I would like to group plans e.g. by department

    This would allow the MD or Exec Team to then see what the business is working on by group/department.

    Groups would then have admin members, working members e.g. Marketing Team and view only members e.g. Directors

  6. Add ability to group Plans on the Panner Hub

    Need to add the ability to group Plans on the Planner Hub. Currently there is an All Plans and Favorite Plans group but it would be nice to be able to create other user-defined groups for Plans as well to better organize the Plans.

  7. Central roll up of all tasks across all plans to see manage overall workload

    A roll up of tasks from all Plans, or the ability to link plans and then roll up those tasks into a central graph to allow a manager to oversee the task volume allocated to a team

  8. Track across projects at a portfolio level

    Utilize the tool so that all work groups in an organization can have their projects tracked so that there is no need for a separate PPM tool.

  9. Expand Planner Hub to include roll up of tasks by team member accross multiple plans

    Be able to look at all of an individuals tasks and their status.

  12. Hub for managers and reporting

    As a manager I'd like filters in the Hub so that I can view activity at a Member level so I can monitor individual performance and Programme level (all plans). I need the birds eye view. Having the ability to export to CSV or PDF for reporting purposes would also be very useful for management reports or proactive email prompts to groups

  14. Create folders for plans

    It'd be nice to be able to sort plans into bigger "buckets" -similar to the way we sort and keep track of files in windows. Finished plans could go in the "Finished" bucket, plans that get cancelled or postponed could be put in their own buckets as well. I guess it'd be nice to sort plans by status: New, In Progress, finished, etc.

  15. Add an Archive icon within the Hub and allow a completed plan to be dragged into this to archive it.

    We really need a way to archive plans that have ended. This could be achieved through the Hub where dragging a plan into the archive section would automatically archive it.

  16. Allow Microsoft Teams to select/attach an Existing Microsoft Plan

    We've been using Microsoft Planner for a while and are just starting to look at Microsoft Teams. We were trying to attach a Plan to a channel but realized Teams only wants to create a new Plan everytime. That isn't logical.

    We should also be able to attach more than one Plan to an existing Channel.

    We added external users to our group but we still dont see in the planner the "Plans" we are guest in. We received the link, accepted and etc. We can view the group but not the plan.

  18. Rearrange Tiles - Resize Tiles in the Planner Hub

    Currently, the Plan Tiles in the Planning Hub are static; the only option available is to remove from favorites.

    It would be nice to be able to rearrange - or drag and drop tiles, similar to dragging and rearranging tiles in the Windows 10 Start menu, or Office 365 App Launcher.

    Also, it would be nice to have the ability to resize tiles; small, medium, wide, etc.

  19. Add Bucket due dates to task

    It would be nice if you could add a due date for every bucket available in the plan to a task. That way the task would turn red if the bucket due date is not met.

  20. Planner Hub: exclude completed tasks from circle

    I think the following could be improved:
    - when looking a "Planner hub", I see my favourites as circles
    - the circles are supposed to be an indication on the state of the project
    but:
    - when I have a project with very many completed tasks, nearly the whole circle is green.

    For example, I might have a long ongoing project in which I have completed hundreds of tasks. I have three "not started" and 1 late.

    The circle is all green with a small yellow and red wedge.

    It is my opinion that it would be more helpful if…
