IN order to track recurring tasks for a specific recurring (monthly) workflow, we've been setting up individual plans. When those tasks are completed, we want to be able to confirm that the tasks have been completed, and by whom, so we can't delete the plan. But we also don't want them cluttering up the Planner Hub. So a method of archiving the plans which have all tasks completed would be perfect.
