Good news or Bad news, say it straight.
Gantt charts/recurring to erosive or Project sales - deny it or respond with timeframe (And stick with it).
agreed! Even when Microsoft asks for feedback while I am using Planner, there is no response. Same thing on the handful of times I have reported problem using the Settings option to send feedback.... no response, not even a canned acknowledgement that it was received.
