Planner tasks in Outlook / To Do need better functionality
Planner tasks that show in To Do need more functionality, including sorting / filtering, adding to different lists, etc.
What I've always liked about Outlook and now To Do is the ability to set reminders at specific times. Could we please have this in Planner as well?
I know that it's possible to receive notifications about items coming due in Planner, but that's not the same as having a reminder at 4:55 PM, for example.
The flagged email list in ToDo is a great step forward, but for project related emails that have been sent to a group of people it should be possible to create a planner task that can be assigned to one person, to make clear who is working on which incoming request. Moreover the functionality to attach an email to an existing task would be great!
To Do has the functionality to insert tasks into my outlook calendar scheduling a time block for that task, allowing me to better plan my day. I would like to be able to add planner tasks to my outlook calendar, either directly or from the assigned to me tab in To Do.
Adding the ability to move a Task from To Do to a Plan in Planner.
Ability to use common Categories (or labels, or tags) between To Do and Planner which will stay present when being moved between To Do and Planner.
