Remove Forced https:// URI for Links under Attachments
There is no need to force me to link to an HTTPS and more importantly, it makes pasting a link generated by OneDrive for business a pain in the **** as I have to remove the generated https to conform with the attachment requirements.
Agreed. We internally use trim:// browser protocol to work with files in our corporate document management system.
You want to put in a layer of protection, sure, but at least give us the option to use standard, supported, and totally legitimate use of custom protocols.
My concern here is that you're too interested in pushing your own cloud storage options to let us operate the way that works for us.
