Hello everybody,

what I would like to have is one plan with a certain set of tasks. To this plan, I want to invite a certain group of people who could use this set of tasks for their projects. Therefore, they could duplicate this "template" by copying the plan and name it according to the individual project having the same To-Dos as the template and then start working in their project-specific plan and change tasks, complete tasks, invite project team members etc.

In case there are various persons invited to the initial template and it is not somehow locked, I have the fear, that somebody could start working within the template, forget to copy it and thereby make it unusable for the rest of the group. Therefore, I am looking for a way to have one plan which can only be copied but not edited before it has been copied.

Unfortunately, this is right now not possible in MS Planner
