Smartsheet had the great ability to customize what information was presented in the board view and how the card appeared in general. When educating folks on PM work or working on themed initiatives a due date isn't always relevant. I'd love to...

• the ability to pick & choose out of what fields are available
• conditional formatting for the overall presentation of the card that could be driven by the label (or if we ever get the ability to add/remove custom fields)

Having the ability to customize the presentation of the cards on a board gives trainers much more flexibility in introducing this product and helps us greatly in the adoption rate as we can cater what information is relevant to the group/individual using it -- our company has renewed our Smartsheet licensing for the 2nd year due to the lack of customization and reporting value that Planner still doesn't have but I'd love to leverage Planner more aggressively as we expand our uses of other o365 offerings (Flow, SharePoint, Teams)
