Tasks notification configuration
Notifications should have much more configuration options.
The amount of notifications is growing as we use the Planner more, and we need to build filters in Outlook to maskout some of the Planner's notifications....

More flexibility in when notifications start and how often they are sent. Beginning notifications 7 days in advanced is sometimes not really needed.
