Have schedule view to show not only week and month, but also for 3 month to 6 month views, similar to Microsoft Project.
Basically when viewing tasks in the schedule view, it would be useful if i can view not only in weekly or monthly, but also across the entire task duration of say 3 to 6 months. This kid of view is already available in Microsoft Project, and gives an easy and quick view of various tasks across the project timeline.

similar to this: https://planner.uservoice.com/forums/330525-microsoft-planner-feedback-forum?category_id=145530 where I wrote an almost identical comment
This is idea is very useful also for my specific use case.
Planner is great also for long term planning, like annual objectives and simple project portofolio management of a small team.
We use planner to give to each of my team a clear picture of what has to be done during the year.
We have a plan called "2020 main projects" for each team.
Each "Planner task" is a main project/obective of the year and we have buckets like:
"ideas", "on evalutation", "maybe in the future", "planned",
Each task has a rich description and a lively discussion on the comment section.Tasks on the "planned" bucket have a given start date and a deadline.
However, I need a visual overview of the annual plan. This is helpful to explain to the team members and to the stakeholders what the team is doing, what it has been done and what it is about to be done.
By now we are using a simple power point slide like this one:

(I deleted the name of my projects for obvious reasons)If I could have an annual view (or also 3 month or 6 months view) on the schedule tab I wouldn't need to copy each task on a slide, and I woudn't have to keep the slide updated.....
This would be a huge improvement for us.

I agree at the 3, 6 months. But I rather have 1 year to view.
