How can we make Planner better?

Delete labels

Option to delete labels as sometimes you would like to label as people (where the team numbers might be smaller than 6) or as a priority (low, medium and high) and having extra labels is annoying as it makes it look unfinished.

    I think the ability to delete labels is needed to make planner overview better as when using the filter functionality all Labels not being used also show up as columns making the overview difficult for the user

    Please let us add labels and select colour as needed rather than having a default number which are already there an cannot be removed, thanks.

    Keep the user experience simple - let us add labels as we need them, with the ability to select the color and name for each.

    Yes, please. Sorting by label is kind of useless without the ability to remove unused labels. I was searching 30 minutes for this feature, because I couldn't believe it is not there. At least you could hide unused labels when grouping by them.

    Fully agree. Please provide flexibility to manage (add/edit/delete) labels.

    I agree with all, please add a delete or add function as the sheer amount of different colour labels is too much.

    Way to many labels now that there are 25... it obfiscates the data and renders an otherwise helpful tool useless

    A feature like this would be especially helpful now that the number of labels has gone up to 25.

    Hi Microsoft Team! Make it simple -- just offer no labels and let the user add label, name it and pick the color. ;-)

    Amen to this idea. It's helpful to group by Labels in many of my plans, but then I have to side scroll through a bunch of unused colors to get to what I want. It's a minor thing, but good user XP!

    Yes, this would be very beneficial. I'd like to use the labels as indicators, only green, yellow and red but cannot filter this way as all of the other colors show up even though I'm not using them.
