A view to see all tasks from planners in all channels in a Team
You can see all tasks from a Planner in a channel
But you can't see all tasks from multiple Planners in a channel
And you can't see all tasks from all the Planners that are created in Team
Basically you can't get a view from multiple Planners...yes, the My Tasks feature allows you to see your tasks across multiple Planners
...but a project lead would be interested in seeing all tasks from the multiple planners that exist in a Team
The only hack is for the project lead to assign themselves every task, then the problem is you can't filter My Tasks by Team or Channel
MS please update this - as a CEO It is vital I have access across all teams to see what planner tasks aren't being achieved. also when assigning tasks - having the option to add a file in the task and provide notes to it would also be useful.

How I would use a view "ALL TASKS" screen...
I pull my associates together in a Teams meeting, share my screen, then proceed to go through all open tasks for status, roadblocks, changes in scope, add new tasks, ect.
Today I have to open the Planner app in Teams, click on each Planner one by one and trudge through all the Planners.
This seems like an obvious function which should be embedded into Teams from the beginning.
A team manager or project lead will frequently need to understand progress holistically rather than channel by channel.
Surely this function should be an easy update for MS Teams?
In the current environment, we would like to be able to generate a whole of department, and possibly a whole of tenant, planner report do assist in monitoring business viability and staff working from home.
The demand is there!
Give the people what they want!
Why was this not made from the start anyway?
Come on Microsoft Teams, we are counting on you to deliver
Please update us all asap
we really need this !!!
please add .. we need this
Please add this feature. As project manager I need to see all tasks for all users across all Channels.
We need a management view of tasks and allocated resources please!!

Totally agree. A key feature for be able to use Planner as a planning tool. Along with mentions in task comments.

Love this idea, similar to this thread https://planner.uservoice.com/forums/330525-microsoft-planner-feedback-forum/suggestions/35437789-overview-of-all-tasks-created-by-me
This is something that is considered a key feature by project teams at my organisation and would be used as soon as it's implemented. There needs to be a way to view all of the tasks from multiple planners, be they in different channels or teams - though my own use case focuses on the cross-teams aspect.
Please look into this MS.

While working in Teams, there are the ellipses on the left side that I can select then select Planner. This gives me the Tabs of : Activity, My Tasks, Recent, All, Help, About
Under the "All" tab I can see all the Teams and the Channel Names.
Currently when I select the channel name it loads up that channel. I think here would be where the fix could be implemented. In that, rather than just taking me to the channel, give me a way to expand the channel to show the Task Name, Who it is assigned to or if Unassigned (this can just be the person's Circle not the full name), the Check list count/ progress and then the Progress Circle.
Here a Report option would be nice as well to print out all of the tasks for all channels or selected ones with a select box next to the channel name.

We currently are using OneNote tags to created To-Do's in individual accounts and then pull all the tags into a master OneNote to review at our weekly meeting. This allows us to see everything that is coming up and do capacity planning.
Without the ability to see what your team mates are working on when you have multiple plans just amkes it hard to share work or plan ahead when you are a PM.
We would also appreciate such a solution. Similarly to the project lead a team lead, department lead etc. would like to get all tasks of his organization unit.
I.e.: If as a team you work for different projects and manage tasks per project then you would like to manage your team tasks together. Thus, it would be nice to get an overview filtered by some critera.
This can be:
- all channels of a MS Team
- all tasks assigned to Members of an AD OU
- maybe there's some other solution
Workaround for now coud be a PowerApp

We desperately need this feature too. Please implement this feature.
And not just across a channel, but across all the teams you are a member of. I have a different channel for each project in my PMO with different members, but some overlap. It would be good to see a high level view of all things on the planner (according to bucket, I use, To Do, Doing, Done for example) and who they are assigned to, if they are in date or late etc.
