Have a dedicated Microsoft rep/team that actually responds to suggestions
It's kind of frustrating to see very low hanging fruit sitting out here on Uservoice for years without even a comment/acknowledgement from Microsoft. Do you guys actually check this regularly?

It would also be helpful for the reps to link to or copy/paste the roadmap information when a suggestion here is added:
