View completed tasks in Bucket chart
We want to be able to see Completed tasks in the 'Bucket' chart. It makes no sense to hide them!
Also, could the completed tasks not be crossed out, so they're easier to read once completed.
Thanks

PLEASE FIX THIS! And also allow me to check off the due date without 'archiving' the card.

Please fix this and I also agree that crossing through completed tasks makes it hard to see what the task was.

The "Closed" Status idea by Balamurugan Souppourayen sounds like a good one to me.
We are using Plans for ongoing tasks, which means after a while it will have 100s or thousands of green completed tasks, that have been done months ago.
But this is not an accurate representation of the current state of the plan. Being able to set tasks as "Closed" would allow us to remove older tasks from the charts, while seeing what has been completed recently.

We need one more status 'Closed'. Completed will not be hidden and it 'll be shown in the statistics. But Closed will be hidden and archived and not shown in the statistics.

Up for this one! Not only on the Bucket Graph though, it would be useful to see the completed tasks on the "Members" graphs as well.
It's nice to commend people when they're delivering.

Could not agree more. Not seeing completed tasks in the Bucket chart is lame

It is nice that this is an option on the iPad app for MS Planner, but I primarily use the web-based app. Why is this available on Apple first and not via the official web-app?

This absolutely needs more votes. Why would anyone not want to see their total progress, including the completed items?

Totally agree that more robust reporting would help a ton. We're using Planner to collaborate and execute projects across a good size group and it would be hugely beneficial to be able to see what is done and when, and to have flexibility in the way I see and export status data for things like board reporting. Not being able to see what tasks are in the completed status other than going into each bucket and reading the crossed off tasks individually creates some manual work for us that could be easily automated.

Is there a solution for this.
Currently when a job is 'completed' we are moving it to a Bucket "For Review" at our weekly staff meeting then after it is reviewed they are marked completed - however this makes our completed task often show up as Late.
If we mark it as completed before our team meeting it is then very hard to find it to review it as they don't sort by date that they were marked completed. -

Unless you show the completed tasks in the bucket graph the functionality of Microsoft Planner is really decreased.

This will be very valuable, especially once Excel export or Power BI integration is completed.

it lets me see progress buckets if I "Group by Progress" in the upper right hand corner. It shows all tickets.

Need to see all completed items, the Planner is useless if not able to see all completed in Planner. I have to keep my all completed items out of the Planner.
