View completed tasks in Bucket chart
We want to be able to see Completed tasks in the 'Bucket' chart. It makes no sense to hide them!
Also, could the completed tasks not be crossed out, so they're easier to read once completed.
Thanks

At last, please allow completed tasks/items in checklists to be displayed (I'm totally fine with the cross out, however a green tick to describe completion would be fine too).

Yes. Please add functionality to web planner to show completed tasks in the bucket. I am fine with the line through as long as it is readable.

THIS IS SO OBVIOUSLY A VERY LOUD USER VOICE. MICROSOFT PLEASE RESPOND WITH A TIME FRAME FOR RESOLUTION. WHAT EVERYONE IS ASKING FOR IS SO SIMPLE: DON'T HIDE TASKS WHERE THE STATUS FLAG IS Completed. My preference is for them not to be crossed out either. It makes them illegible. The rationale is that when using planner as a Kanban board, items of work progress through various buckets (typically states) until the get to 'DONE', where they remain as a tangible visual indicator of progress. Refer https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kanban_board

Wow - someone asked for this oh so obvious fix 18 months ago. You have it in the Mobile app. How easy it would be to show Completed Tasks in the Teams and web app. You have to code to get them to not show. Microsoft, do you listen to the user??? There's 502 votes for this at the time I voted. Hello, is anyone home there is this big company???

Our IT Executive Committee couldn't believe that we had to leave a task as not-completed in order for it to still show up in our Completed bucket - We explained that it's available in the mobile version but for some reason, Microsoft hasn't chosen to enable this in the other versions. You're getting a black eye and lack of adoption at our organization due to not implementing this fix.

Please implement this! Especially because this Feature is in the mobile version available and it should come to web as well!

Yes - please show the completed tasks without the task being crossed out! Just have the task show in the “completed” subsection below!

Absolutely! This is a key metric that should be shown!

you have to be able to see the completed tasks in the Planner Charts to see who is completing the most tasks, how long it took, etc. You can do this in the mobile app but not in the full online version. Good job to the mobile app developer!! They guy who developed the full version - SERIOUSLY?? Have you never thought to ask a user how they would actually use the app??

How can we evaluate true performance when we cannot see how many tasks have been completed within a bucket. It's like nothing has been done so far...

The feature that everyone wants is working in the mobile app. You can toggle to show or not show completed tasks in the Charts on the mobile version. I would really like to see this function enabled on the Teams and Online versions.

The Charts should 100% show more comprehensive data than the Board view. Board is for everyday tasks within a project; you're focusing on what needs to be done. The Chart should show progress made -- including Completed tasks in the Bucket chart! Then you see your progress in an easily digestible way! This is a no brainer. Also shows management your performance.

The designer should use Planner to do their planning, then they know what is exactly missing or broken. It's a headache using this app when you have been using its competitors. but still, I have to live with it

On what planet is this even a functional product if completed tasks do not show on the Planner charts? Am I missing something here? I need to see the still "to do" "in progress" and "completed" tasks for each week/bucket, and each team member. It will only show the to do and in progress tasks. Where do I change this?

1000% agree. I'm using this as a Kanban board and completed items in one bucket will need to be moved to the next, so I need to see it on the progress chart.

YES please let us see completed tasks in the Bucket view.... this makes it hard for everyone to see what has been done so they know where to go. This would make this app more usable. Otherwise other management apps are way ahead of the game for this.
