Organizing plans into folders
When you have a lot of projects (plans) in progress, it can be difficult to find the one you're looking for... Therefore, being able to create folders would be useful for sorting your plans by topics.
We do one plan per project - be that one of the many events we plan or an Ad Hoc list of tasks - so there are many plans...at all times. It would be SO useful to be able to compartmentalise them all to make it easier to find what we need - I could have Events Plans, Advertising Plans, Reporting Plans, whatever I want to reduce what I see initially. I can't even order my plans by date in the Hub because the plans themselves do not have a target/completion date, which I find odd. Every plan ends at some point, otherwise, what are you planning for, and when it does it should then be archivable to remove it from view and refer to later if needs be. We have just recently started using Planner as a Project Management tool for our Service group. I love a lot of the features and functionality of Planner but having the functionality to create a folder for each Customer and be able to organize the Plans (our projects) by Customer instead of just Favorites and Recent or All plans would be an amazing help to myself for organizing everything. Planner has the potential to be an amazing tool for our group and I really hope that this can be implemented soon!
