Restrict Access to Assigned Plan or Bucket
As of now, if a user is assigned to a task, they are automatically added as members of an entire plan, and all subordinate buckets.
In events where buckets or tasks have some independence of one another, it would be great if members assigned to a given task were not automatically able to access all other tasks in the same bucket or all other buckets in the same plan.

the same issue.
I need to restrict the user to see be able to see the bucket with his own name. to see how is the onboarding progress for him.

There are numerous different suggestions on User Voice regarding the need to restrict member access on Tasks and Buckets, please do something about this, there is too much risk with open access.
also see - https://planner.uservoice.com/forums/330525-microsoft-planner-feedback-forum/suggestions/34806313-would-like-the-ability-to-add-a-person-to-just-one there are a number of requests for this scattered around this user-voice group.

It would be great to be able to give certain members access to a bucket. Or to add securtiy roles within a group and show/hide buckets based on these.
Especially when working on larger projects, "admin bucket" including tasks that are only relevant for a minorty of the memebers of the group is useful. Some of the tasks might contain information you don't want to share with the entire group.
