I'd love to be able to print the plan itself, preferably in a timeline manner for reference and reporting.
Work around for printing:
Use CONTROL + or - to zoom in/out
a. Position data on screen as you want it printed
b. Hold ALT and PRINT SCREEN to copy window
c1. Open MS Word (winword.exe) or Write (write.exe)
c2. You may want the window landscape orientation: at top click LAYOUT > ORIENTATION > LANDSCAPE
c3. Paste the image (CONTROL V)
c4. Print it out
If you need a PDF printer, use this link, it's free: https://www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator

Did a presentation to someone outside of a team. Notes taken in One-Note in reference to presentation. Planner Plan and tasks created for team members. Someone outside of the team needs the follow up action plan (and likely needs an email with the plan attached). I would prefer to give them access to just that plan (but then I also have to educate them as well). In this case, would prefer a "hardcopy" (PDF) summary that could be mailed to that person. Other option would be to be able to notify this person (who is outside of the team) when progress is reported or task is completed.

For me as a project manager this is a substional function for presentation to teams and steering boards. Right now the only option I have is to use snag it to make a screenshot or double work via entering the data in a power point excel or whatever. I had alreay expected that this is possible like in other competetive sofware solution. In the print out you should also have options how to print like header lines of the task, assignment, by assingment, by bucket and so on. There is a lot to think of how you can bring out a really thought print out solution. THX
Yes! I have a user who refuses to use the software because he can print out his task list
Working for a service organisation where we do not currently provide access to our clients, we need to be able to extract timeline information to a report to share.
