Improve Planner Hub to help me handle the prioritized tasks correctly
I don't have the feeling Planner really helps me in prioritizing tasks I need to do. Since tasks are stored in a group, you can't really sort tasks by urgency, or duration. I really need to go into the group and find out what I can do and even there, I can't really categorize tasks by urgency or time required.
A small example: I'm involved in 10 different groups for which I have tasks assigned to myself or to my team. I want to get an overview of all my tasks and pick out the most urgent onces. Or I may need to chase those people that are not really following up on their tasks. RIght now, I would need to check all my different plans for tasks which are late.
Another example: I have a gap of 30 minutes. What can I do? I would like to go to the Planner Hub, filter all tasks by duration (I had identified on the task) and see what I can work on.
This means that the tasks would also need to have info on duration and urgency. (note that urgency is different from due date. it's more something like asap, soon, later, someday). In the examples above, I'd filter on tasks to handle asap.
