When viewing tasks, would be helpful to see tasks completed within a date range (past week, past month, month-to-date), in descending order. The switch that toggles by progress-or-plan really does not offer enough options to view by any date range.
In my case I have a standing weekly in-person meeting with my manager who is message/email averse and being able to display a list of what was done the past week would be useful.
Dumbfounded at Microsoft's inability to even know their own products. After hours with their support I figured this out myself. Go to the charts on your planner APP on your phone, there is a menu option to show completed tasks. Go back to your desktop/browser version and the charts show completed items just fine.
Indiviudal users can do it, but if the owner does it it shows for everyone. Your welcome.
PLEASE HELP!! I'm a construction manager who managers a lot of people at any given time. I allocated tasks on an ongoing basis but cannot track and monitor performance of the people I assign to, I URGENTLY need to see a summary by assignee, of the number of tasks they have completed within a specified date range!

I can't believe that this is not available in filter options and it still hasn't been addressed!
I would like to be able to report to my superior on tasks I completed during a given time-period. I think this is a great idea.
I concur with others, this is something that would be very helpful. Can you please work on this item?
Totally agreed. It is very important. I need to prepare monthly reported on completed tasks by each assignedto. It is so annoying to count one by one now.

Yes! This is so annoying! We also provide biweekly updates based on Planner completions, and currently there seems to be no way to view completed tasks under buckets or "assigned to' with descending time order.
Agreed this is essential for me. I need to give weekly reports on past week tasks done not only the pending or currently working ones.
Maby just had the ability to filter tasks completed by date on the hub planner or plan filters.
It would make everything easier for me.

This is essential for my team! Currently using Planner to objectively track the performance of my classroom assistant and the overall productivity of task management in my classroom. Being able to print a report that clearly lists tasks Not Started, In Progress, and Completed, by Bucket and By Plan would be a game changer.
Thanks so much!
