Exception thrown while retrieving folder contents.
Been working with Planner for four (4) days. Already had several problems.
One I have now is that suddenly I cannot upload files from a task. When trying to retrieve a file from the Sharepoint location I get:
"Exception thrown while retrieving folder contents."
Trying to upload a file yields an "oops" response.
me as well on both counts. Signing off and on again solves the exception thrown but not the oops error

Clearing cookies in Edge solved the issue for me, but still the issue keeps happening to this date.
Thank you Thijs I'll try that :)

I am working around it by deleting the tasks.office.com cookies (very easy with chrome), then it works after a page refresh and saves you the trouble of signing in and out
Hi Austin F
I'm on EDGE all the time. It happens also there, unfortunately...

I have found a solution which seems to fix the problem for me. After noticing it attempted to load, I thought it might be a script problem, leading to an incompatibility with the browser I was using (Internet Explorer 11).
I found the easiest solution, so far, is to use Edge instead.
I had no problems after switching to Edge. I would like to be clear that I am a Microsoft employee, therefore this was the only other option for me, but it seems to work. I would definitely keep exploring though, as this tool is new to me.
Same here. I solve it by logging off and then in again... but it's not a solution :/
the same here. I can not access the files. Sometimes it helps to jump to a different browser, but sometimes not....
absolute not acceptable. This is a big BUG!
Same over here.
First I could attach images into a task by first by trying to 'upload a file' (which failed) and then try to add an attachment by 'browse sharepoint' where the image suddenly was ...
But now event that is not working,...

Exact same problem here.

I get more upload errors than successful uploads. I keep refreshing but it takes 4-5 tries pretty much every time I upload a document.
Microsoft Planner can be a great tool but it has a lot glitches at this time.
Same problem. Cannot upload or retrieve docs in Planner. Mac.
The same think occur with my planner. I uploaded a new file in Sharepoint and then I tried to map in Planner with the same exception mentioned above.
@MS Planner Team ... Any suggestion?
