    I think that if you give a google search you will find something. But I think that you are a little bit lazy so, I have a suggestion for you. I suggest you use https://stylemixthemes.com/elab/ if you want to open an e-commerce shop. It is a multi-vendor marketplace WordPress theme and it will work perfectly for what you want. It is perfectly made for your case. It doesn't require any additional API and another coding. It is just made in a way that you don't need to code any things. I have used this and I just love how it works.
