Unable to subscribe or add to favorites
We just started migrating our old Yammer groups into the new integrated groups (with SharePoint, OneNote, Planner) - and started assigning tasks through Planner.
Any time I add a "plan" to my favorites, it goes right back out when I refresh the page.
Any time I subscribe to a plan, I get an error message "Failed to update group subscription. Give it another try."
I haven't been getting notifications when tasks are assigned to me, and I don't think anybody else is, either. I really want this to work - it could be a real game-changer for our organization. Is this a glitch?
I think that in a general way, Planner have less functionalities when a Plan is created from a Yammer Group than when it is directly created in Planner. "Unable to add to favorites" ; " no dated comments on tasks", "no email notification", ... This situation is not good when we have users with many Plans (from Yammer or not) in the same organization.
If you have hybrid exchange, favorite plans doesnt work. We have hybrid exchange an we have to live with it. microsoft is aware of this bug, but dowsnt come along with a solution since 8 month from now. Our work around is, to work with favorites in the browser ...
