250 Ticket per User Limitation Workaround
I think its just a buffer like 250 Ticket limit per User!
You can Unassign every User from a Completed Ticket. The Documantation abou who kompleted the ticket is there ;) The ticket stays there for always the only diference is that nowone is Assigned to the Ticket. And the User has his 250 Buffer Ready for other Tickets to be completed ;)
doesn't work for me either, i have less than 100 assigned to a user, the rest are unassigned, and still have hit the limit.
