Better to allow user to customize the options for "Progress"
Allow to add and modify the name of each options for "Progress"

There are a few varieties similar to this, but this seems to be the most general so I'll comment here.
We need custom options where we could fill in things like "waiting for client". I have been using the tags for these extra categories and sorting by topical buckets, but my manager prefers the more typical grouping by progress status which breaks down when limited to 3 options. If we had more status options, I could group by topic bucket the way I prefer and he could group by those progress status options the way he prefers.
