For a big plan with 20++ members, It's really a mess and confusing when any body can edit, finish tasks, so we need centralized management.

When browsing members menu, or task assigning, I think it's very necessary to have an option to set permission level of Edit and delete plan(whole plan manager)/ Bucket and Task level only management (sub plan manager)/ Set finish for assigned task only/ View only.
