Integration Planner-Hub with new MS-Teams
There is currently no Integration between plans created in SharePoint Planner Hub and Plans created in "Teams" (desktop-App). Plans created in Teams are not shown in Planner Hub - and vice versa.

Using Teams and a Planner Tab is great! However as this user recommended when on mobile and opening a Planner Tab in Teams App it opens the planner app. Which works seamlessly until you go "back" you are dropped into the Planner app hub which contains entirely different information than the Planner Tab in Teams.
